- Identify 2 factors to consider when planning and grading a group activity to meet varied skill levels.
- Correctly recall one strategy for overcoming a lack of participation from one group member within a group.
This is an interactive distance learning course, delivered live via Zoom.

Learner competency will be verified through the following required components:
Proof of Full Attendance
Attendance will be verified through the Zoom participant roster and participation in live interactive components (polls, chat-based reflection, and guided discussion).
Participants must attend the full duration of the live session to qualify for a certificate.
An attendance code word will be announced during the session and must be entered on the post-learning assessment form to confirm presence.
Completion of Course Evaluation and Post-Learning Assessment
Participants must complete a course evaluation to provide feedback on content, relevance, and instructional quality.
Participants must complete a five-question post-learning assessment aligned with the stated learning objectives.
A passing score of 80% or higher is required to demonstrate competency and receive a Certificate of Completion.
Certificates will only be issued to those who meet both the attendance and assessment requirements.
This course will be delivered as an interactive distance learning activity conducted live via Zoom. Instructional methods include lecture with visual presentation, case-based discussion, and guided reflection to connect content to participants’ own clinical settings. Learners will actively engage through polls, chat-based reflections, and real-time scenario discussions designed to encourage participation and application of knowledge.
Instruction emphasizes practical strategies, structured frameworks, and peer context in group work, enabling participants to analyze, plan, and problem-solve in real time alongside the instructor.
